The learning begins

The first step in my Web 2.0 learning experience. I signed up for a Google Account today and established this Blog here at Blogger. It turns I couldn't access the control panel for my hosted websites from work, which means no swanky WordPress blog on my own sub-domain for this little project. And so I'm back here at Blogger.

I chose a template pretty easily (I like things simple). Setting up my profile was a little frustrating, maybe becauset there were so many fields, but didn't end up taking much time at all.

Thanks for having me back, Blogger. It's nice that your location and industry fields on profiles default to the first things in the list rather than being blank.

Just how many bloggers out there are really Accountants from Afghanistan?

My next big move looks to be social networking, so stay tuned. I wonder if I'll default to accounting on Bebo.
